Scope of Services
We provide plumbing services including emergency plumbing, water heater installation and repair, sewer and drain services, leak detection, repiping, and general plumbing repairs. All work is subject to site conditions, system condition, accessibility, and
applicable plumbing codes.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided based on visible conditions and may change if concealed conditions, code requirements, or additional work is discovered. Emergency or after-hours services may include additional charges.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide safe access to work areas, disclose known plumbing issues, and secure pets, occupants, and personal property.
Right to Refuse or Stop Work
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist, access is restricted, or payment terms are not met.
2. Service Disclaimers
Drain Cleaning & Sewer Services
Drain cleaning is intended to restore flow but does not guarantee permanent repair. Plumbing systems may contain deterioration, roots, or structural issues that can cause failure during or after service. Additional repairs may be required.
Diagnostic & Leak Detection Services
Diagnostic services are performed using best practices but may not identify all hidden or underlying issues within a plumbing system.
General Plumbing Systems
Plumbing systems—especially older systems—may contain aged, corroded, or fragile materials. Failures can occur during normal service due to pre-existing conditions.
3. Warranty & Liability
Workmanship warranties apply only as stated on your invoice or written agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply separately.
We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, freezing, corrosion, or pre-existing conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
